I was in San Fernando City last October 30 2013.  It was still early in the morning about 6 am and the driver lighted up a cigarette.  I thought all the hard headed, thick faced drivers are only in MM.  Not in the province.  I thought they would be law abiding and considerate of the health of their passengers.  Not so..!

I met several mountain bikers;  they are from Rizal High School Class 88 and advocate No Smoking.  As we know, smoking is not healthful and contribute to respiratory tract cancer, most especially lung cancer.  Survival from cancer is very low.  Just to remind some people.

We know of many bikers who bike and smoke.  Would you know who they are?  Sayang.  They could be much stronger and faster.
