Air pollution study again near Tower Hills

                                 A worn oil ring is the cause of the white smoke

 x                                 A jeepney polluter in action

 x                                  A shy polluter?

 x                                Jeepneys, nobody but jeepneys

 x                             Are we vs jeepneys?

                                         This tricycle again is an offender

                  Maybe he farts, and exhales CO2 and sweats, but this guy does not pollute the air much

Why are we having this poor air quality? The answer is blowing in the wind....

 Sacto answer.  In the first place, have we made up our mind as to where tricycles really belong?  Is it legal for them to be in the national highway.   Common guys.  And why are we allowing these monsters to pollute the air around us?   The urvan also belches smoke

Why are we having this poor air quality?  I have several hypothesis:

l.  There is no serious enforcement;  from what I heard, vehicle emission test can be bought for SOP feel;   and or there is complacency that really air quality is good;   what are the latest figures? Are there?

2. There are few roadside emission tests or enforcers.  (How many do we have sirs?)

3.  Our mindsets are vs this save the earth, green iniative, or clean air quality is still weak or not set...

4.  Drivers and other workers who are not conscious or simply do not care;  what you do not see will kill you.   Remember, the second smoke in smoking kills;  because the nano particles that are invisible are the ones that kill

Can you pinpoint from  where the smoke originates?

                                      Just a wisp?

                                   Does barbecue smoke contribute to smoke pollution?

                                 Is it the jeepney or the Elf closed van?

                               Are we prejudiced vs jeepneys?

        Why is it cloudy between SM and the tower hills subdivsion?  the jogger is unaware of the risk

                                Is this jeepney a culprit or not?

                                        Is it the cyclist polluting the early morning air?

                                  Arcman or smoke man?

                                   The passengers are not affected by the smoke?

                         My theory is right;  you can see a lot of polluters near top of the hill

  Burning garbage at the street side;  is it legal?  NO   - Illegal under Part VII Section 13 of Clean Air Act IRR

We have such a good law.  The problem is execution.

Laws are fine;  but execution is a bitch
