What is the business of this motor tricycle in the highway going up to Antipolo City?

Despite hundreds of posts, nothing has changed with air pollution situation.  No one has lifted his hand, nor taken positive steps. These are pictures of air pollution in Antipolo City.  Paging the public sector, the enforcers of the Clean Air Act:  DOH, DENR, LTO:

                               Tricycle and jeepney in a contest who is the best polluter?

My bike ride today has been punctuated by taking too many stops to take pics of air quality.  Thanks to unlimited digital capacity, many pictures can be taken without film expenses and can be posted quickly.

However, for most people, they may look the same and becomes boring afterwards.  Novelty and newness is lost.

However, I am persistent and I will persist until people notice.

Why are tricycles on the highway spewing pollution?

                               Polluting with impunity;  no one notices

                                   His pollution is very visible;  not toxic and deadly?

                                  Going up to Robinson Homes, Teresa

                                  The air is whitish yonder because of tricycles

                                        Can we survive the daily onslaught from the tricycles?

Does smoking induce flowering of mango trees or simply contribute to air pollution?

Does smoking/smudging mango trees before flowering to induce its fruit bearing? (from E how) 

Or does it simply contribute to air pollution.  I think there too much smoking going on because of smudging of mangoes.

Does smudging really work?  Is this allowed by Clean Air Act?   No.  Under Part V111 of Section 1 of IRR of Clean Air Act.
