 This is in Bugarin, Pililla, a mecca for bikers.  Look at what this jeepney is doing to the lungs of the bikers

I ventured again to picture air pollution in the places where I bike,  My bike mate even suggested that I wear mask because of the rabid state of air pollution  He says it is bad (It is)  If he were a person of authority, he will make sure that no polluting vehicle should run on the street.  Very sensible and legal because we have clean air act that says so.
