Burning of bonfires is prohibited under such provision of the IRR law.  Why are these happenning?

May I quote the said rule in IRR, Part VII (Pollution from stationary source)

Does this bonfire not affect air quality?

Are they smudging the bamboo trees?

I hope they are not burning plastics

Is the hazy San Carlos Hts the result of collective smokes of bonfires?

The telephoto did not work hard enough;wisp of smoke at the middle of the photo

The smokestack spewing its load early on

Can you see the smokestack painting the sky?
