Can we trust that he will clean his engine's emission? On the way to Morong
I did a lot of business work today and yesterday and saw a lot of air pollution going on everywhere; hence the deteriorating air quality everywhere.
I was in another vehicle and we were following this jeep. This jeepney must be spreading the smog for say 50 or more km. That is the extent of the pollution going on?
There is a big joke going around that we in the PHL love to drink and we have plenty of "
pulutan" (not pollutants? hahaha)

What is the source of this dark smoke? Burning tires?
